1. General Rules
1.1. The bicycle parking at Blaumaņa iela 10 is intended for short-term use only.
1.2. This facility is approved by the Riga City Municipality and other relevant institutions. It is managed and maintained by the Galleria Riga shopping center.
1.3. These rules apply to all users of the parking area, including visitors, Galleria Riga staff, and any third parties.
1.4. The owner of Galleria Riga, SIA Patollo (Reg. No. 40003413049), is responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules.
1.5. By parking your bicycle in this facility, you agree to these rules. This is considered a binding agreement, even if not signed in writing.
2. How to use the Bicycle Parking
2.1. Bicycles may only be parked in the designated racks.
2.2. Ensure your bicycle does not obstruct other users, entrances, exits, or vehicle parking areas.
2.3. Do not attach your bicycle to any objects other than the racks (e.g. poles, pipes), as this may cause damage to property or other bicycles.
2.4. Park your bicycle securely so that it does not fall or pose a risk to pedestrians, vehicles, or traffic.
2.5. You park your bicycle at your own risk and are fully responsible for it. Galleria Riga accepts no liability for theft, damage, or accidents.
2.6. The bicycle parking is not monitored or guarded. Galleria Riga does not guarantee the security of any bicycle.
2.7. Parking bicycles outside the designated racks is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited items and activities
3.1. The following items may not be parked in the bicycle area:
- Mopeds or motorcycles
- Electric scooters
- Baby strollers, shopping carts, and similar items
- Damaged or non-functional bicycles
3.2. Performing bicycle repairs or storing any bicycle parts in the facility is not permitted.
3.3. Bicycles must not be left in the parking area for more than 14 consecutive days.
4. Safety and responsibility
4.1. Galleria Riga is not liable for:
- Stolen or damaged bicycles
- Accidents caused by user behavior
- Any personal items left on or with the bicycle (such as bags or baskets)
4.2. The bicycle parking facility is not a secure storage space or paid service under applicable law.
4.3. A bicycle left in the facility for over 14 consecutive days, especially if it shows signs of damage, rust, or abandonment, may be considered abandoned property.
