The new restaurant LIMONE - created for all lovers of Italian cuisine.
LIMONE’s menu offers dishes from various regions of Italy. Guests can enjoy exquisite pastas, meat dishes, pizzas and seafood. Desserts are offered – profiteroli, soft POMODORO, signature dessert LIMONE and many others. On the other hand, the cocktail menu reveals refreshing limoncello spritz, aperol spritz, botanical negroni and many other masterpieces.
LIMONE’s chef is Yurii Kovryzhenko, who graduated from the Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Lucca and the Culinary Institute in Turin. The desserts of the new restaurant have been developed by the talented Latvian confectioner Diāna Goba, while the cocktail menu has been created by Deniss Smirnovs, the president of the Federation of Latvian Bartenders.
