About Limone

The new restaurant Limone - created for all lovers of Italian cuisine.

Limone's menu features dishes from various regions of Italy. Guests can enjoy refined pastas, meat dishes, pizzas and seafood. Dessert offerings – profiteroles, the delicate POMODORO, the signature Limone dessert and many others. Meanwhile, the cocktail menu reveals the refreshing limoncello spritz, Aperol spritz, botanical Negroni and many other masterpieces.

Limone's head chef is Jurijs Kovriženko (Yurii Kovryzhenko), who graduated from the Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Lucca and the Culinary Institute in Turin. The new restaurant's desserts were developed by the talented Latvian pastry chef Diāna Goba, while the cocktail menu was created by Deniss Smirnovs, president of the Latvian Bartenders Federation.
