BALTS dishes are cooked slowly, at a low temperature, in sous vide and therefore retain valuable nutrients, soft and creamy texture, as well as a distinct bouquet of flavors. In this way, it is possible to prepare food without the addition of fat, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
All BALTS dishes are prepared on site. The dishes on display are for eating in or takeaway. Sushi sets, salads, soups, desserts, a variety of drinks and snacks are available without waiting. Hot meals are prepared to order for each guest and served in less than 10 minutes.
Bistro BALTS food is served in an environmentally friendly packaging. Each meal is prepared and served so that it is easy and pleasant to eat anywhere – bistro BALTS, at home, in the office, in the park or on the road.
